Partner Backend Developer — Microservices | Laravel | MySQL

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with deep experience in microservices and large-scale systems, who wants to grow with us as a long-term partner, not just as a hired developer.

This is a commission-based and stock-option opportunity, ideal for someone who believes in shared success, ownership, and building meaningful technology.

About the Role

As our Partner Backend Developer, you will:

1. Architect, build, and optimize backend services and APIs
2. Work extensively across microservices-based environments
3. Lead backend execution across multiple ongoing projects
4. Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and frontend teams
5. Contribute to system scalability, reliability, and performance
6. Participate in technical decision-making and roadmap planning

This role is best suited for someone who has worked on complex, production-level systems and enjoys leadership responsibility in a startup-driven environment.

Technical Expertise We’re Looking For

You should have strong experience with:

1. Laravel (advanced level)
2. Microservices architecture & service communication
3. REST APIs & backend integrations
4. MySQL database design and optimization
5. Queues, workers, and asynchronous processing
6. Scalable and secure backend systems

Bonus experience (nice to have):

• Cloud environments / distributed deployments

• Docker or containerized environments

You don’t need to be a full-stack developer — but you must be confident in backend engineering at a system architecture level.

Partnership-Based Compensation

This is not a fixed-salary role.

Compensation is based on Commissions on platform sales & revenue

Plus — for the right partner, we are open to Stock options / equity participation
