We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with strong technical depth who is passionate about building scalable products and leading complex, multi-layered technology projects.

About the Role

As our Partner Project Manager, you will:

  1. Lead and oversee multiple large-scale technical projects
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations)
  3. Help shape technical direction and implementation strategy
  4. Drive execution across microservices-based systems
  5. Coordinate development workflows and delivery pipelines
  6. Ensure high-quality releases and alignment with business goals
  7. Act as a strategic partner — not just a task manager

This role requires someone who has strong technical understanding alongside proven leadership and execution experience.

Technical Background We’re Looking For

You should have hands-on familiarity with:

  1. Microservices architecture
  2. Leading enterprise-level / large-scale projects
  3. Frontend ecosystems — especially React
  4. Multiple modern frameworks & development environments
  5. Database experience — especially MySQL
  6. Scalable cloud-based or distributed systems (bonus)

While you may not be coding full-time in this role, you must be able to:

  1. Understand architectural decisions
  2. Communicate effectively with engineering teams
  3. Challenge assumptions and improve solutions
  4. Lead from both a technical and strategic perspective

Partnership-Based Compensation

We are building a team of people who want to grow with the company.

This role is commission-based — compensation is tied directly to sales and business performance generated by the platform.

In addition to commissions, we are also open to offering:

  • Stock options / equity participation
